· If you are within the client or externally, we have options available to change the password.
o Within the client you can simply change your password via the profile page settings > My Profile > “Change Password”.
· Alternatively, Go to the login page and underneath the username and password you can find the text “Forgot your Password?”. Click the text to be taken to the password reset page.
o Step 1 – enter your email that is associated to your account.
o Step 2 – wait for the verification email to propagate in your mailbox.
o Step 3 – Enter the provided verification code into the field and your new password.
o Step 4 – login in with your new password.
